Senior Financial Analyst - variance reporting (Buffalo, NY)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Bridge Legal Group and adding a Senior Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be variance reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 11 people based in Buffalo. What you will do • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • Experience with billing records. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Buffalo, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
