Senior Financial Analyst - variance reporting (Buffalo, NY)

Redstone Haven Early Learning runs childcare centres in Buffalo caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers, and we need a Senior Financial Analyst to lead our variance reporting. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Buffalo. What you will do • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Model the cost of classroom supplies and recommend where to save. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • Experience with enrolment. • A relevant degree or certification.
