Senior Financial Analyst - variance reporting (Boston, MA)

Highbridge Bright Financial Partners is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst. The job centres on variance reporting for account servicing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Model the cost of account servicing and recommend where to save. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • Experience with vendor spend. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Boston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
