Senior Financial Analyst - variance reporting (Boise, ID)

Harborlight Willow Learning Group operates schools and learning programmes around Boise. We are hiring a Senior Financial Analyst to take on variance reporting. You would join a large organisation of about 518 people based in Boise. What you will do • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Model the cost of school calendars and recommend where to save. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • Experience with student accounts. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Boise. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
