Senior Financial Analyst - variance reporting (Boise, ID)

Redstone Glen Energy delivers power and gas plans across the Boise region. We are hiring a Senior Financial Analyst to take on variance reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 166 people based in Boise. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Model the cost of meter readings and recommend where to save. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with service connections. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Boise, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
