Senior Financial Analyst - variance reporting (Boise, ID)

Stonegate North Learning Group is an education provider in Boise serving students and families. We are hiring a Senior Financial Analyst to take on variance reporting. You would join a large organisation of about 506 people based in Boise. What you will do • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with attendance records. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Boise. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
