Senior Financial Analyst - variance reporting (Boise, ID)

Nova Ember Markets Partners serves neighbourhoods around Boise with fresh food and everyday goods. We are hiring a Senior Financial Analyst to take on variance reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 110 people based in Boise. What you will do • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Model the cost of store inventory and recommend where to save. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • Experience with pricing. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Boise. • We reply to every applicant.
