Senior Financial Analyst - variance reporting (Birmingham, AL)

Silverline Wilder Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the Birmingham area, and we need a Senior Financial Analyst to lead our variance reporting. Families are partners. What you will do • Model the cost of student accounts and recommend where to save. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with learning materials. • A relevant degree or certification.
