Senior Financial Analyst - variance reporting (Austin, TX)

Bright Harbor Energy is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst. The job centres on variance reporting for billing disputes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Model the cost of billing disputes and recommend where to save. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with usage data.
