Senior Financial Analyst - variance reporting (Austin, TX)

Bright Union Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Austin serving households and small businesses. We are hiring a Senior Financial Analyst to take on variance reporting. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Austin. What you will do • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Model the cost of deposit accounts and recommend where to save. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • Experience with card disputes. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Austin. • We reply to every applicant.
