Senior Financial Analyst - variance reporting (Atlanta, GA)

Ironwood Rook Markets operates grocery and general-merchandise stores around Atlanta, and we need a Senior Financial Analyst to lead our variance reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 174 people based in Atlanta. What you will do • Model the cost of shrink and waste and recommend where to save. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with supplier deliveries. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Atlanta. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
