Senior Financial Analyst - variance reporting (Albuquerque, NM)

Redstone Sable Markets serves neighbourhoods around Albuquerque with fresh food and everyday goods, and we need a Senior Financial Analyst to lead our variance reporting. Managers started on the floor. What you will do • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Model the cost of supplier deliveries and recommend where to save. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with promotions. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Albuquerque, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
