Senior Financial Analyst - pricing analysis (Wichita, KS)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Willow Insurance and adding a Senior Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be pricing analysis. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Model the cost of policy renewals and recommend where to save. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with catastrophe response. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Wichita. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
