Senior Financial Analyst - pricing analysis (Virginia Beach, VA)

Redstone Ashton Civic Services is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst. The job centres on pricing analysis for budget submissions, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Model the cost of budget submissions and recommend where to save. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with constituent requests. • A relevant degree or certification.
