Senior Financial Analyst - pricing analysis (Tucson, AZ)

Redstone Nest Manufacturing manufactures parts and assemblies at its Tucson plant. We are hiring a Senior Financial Analyst to take on pricing analysis. Many of our supervisors started on the floor. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Model the cost of scrap and rework and recommend where to save. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with customer orders. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Tucson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
