Senior Financial Analyst - pricing analysis (Toledo, OH)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Ivory Civic Services Group and adding a Senior Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be pricing analysis. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Model the cost of public records and recommend where to save. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with budget submissions. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Toledo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
