Senior Financial Analyst - pricing analysis (Rochester, NY)

Nova Sable Early Learning is an early-learning provider in Rochester. We are hiring a Senior Financial Analyst to take on pricing analysis. You would join a small organisation of about 31 people based in Rochester. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • Experience with tuition and subsidies. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Rochester. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
