Senior Financial Analyst - pricing analysis (Rochester, NY)

Bluepeak Corner Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around Rochester. We are hiring a Senior Financial Analyst to take on pricing analysis. We celebrate small wins and steady routines. What you will do • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Model the cost of tuition and subsidies and recommend where to save. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with meal programmes. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Rochester, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
