Senior Financial Analyst - pricing analysis (Rochester, NY)

Rivermark Wilder Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around Rochester, and we need a Senior Financial Analyst to lead our pricing analysis. We celebrate small wins and steady routines. What you will do • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Model the cost of classroom supplies and recommend where to save. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • Experience with enrolment. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Rochester. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
