Senior Financial Analyst - pricing analysis (Richmond, VA)

Bright Cedar Banking Services Group provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Richmond. We are hiring a Senior Financial Analyst to take on pricing analysis. We promote from within and train well. What you will do • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Model the cost of deposit accounts and recommend where to save. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with fraud alerts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Richmond. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
