Senior Financial Analyst - pricing analysis (remote)

Ironwood Glen Transit Planning is a transit-planning firm in San Jose working with agencies and riders, and we need a Senior Financial Analyst to lead our pricing analysis. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Model the cost of ridership counts and recommend where to save. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • Experience with service alerts. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in San Jose. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
