Senior Financial Analyst - pricing analysis (remote)

Nova Rook Financial serves customers across Birmingham with accounts, loans and payments. We are hiring a Senior Financial Analyst to take on pricing analysis. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Model the cost of customer onboarding and recommend where to save. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with account servicing. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Birmingham. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
