Senior Financial Analyst - pricing analysis (remote)

We are growing our team at Lumen Amber Early Learning and adding a Senior Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be pricing analysis. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with classroom supplies. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Grand Rapids. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
