Senior Financial Analyst - pricing analysis (remote)

Silverline Harbor Legal Group is a Richmond practice with attorneys, paralegals and client-service staff. We are hiring a Senior Financial Analyst to take on pricing analysis. We are a close group and share the work. What you will do • Model the cost of trust accounts and recommend where to save. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with billing records. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Richmond. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
