Senior Financial Analyst - pricing analysis (remote)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Kestrel Manufacturing Group and adding a Senior Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be pricing analysis. You would join a small organisation of about 182 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Model the cost of tooling and recommend where to save. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with customer orders. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Grand Rapids. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
