Senior Financial Analyst - pricing analysis (remote)

Fernwood Thistle Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the Cleveland area, and we need a Senior Financial Analyst to lead our pricing analysis. Collaboration between teachers and staff is strong. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Model the cost of family communication and recommend where to save. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with enrolment. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Cleveland. • We reply to every applicant.
