Senior Financial Analyst - pricing analysis (remote)

Nova Corner Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around Atlanta, and we need a Senior Financial Analyst to lead our pricing analysis. Children come first and so does looking after the teachers. What you will do • Model the cost of licensing records and recommend where to save. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with meal programmes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Atlanta. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
