Senior Financial Analyst - pricing analysis (remote)

Lumen Junction Markets serves neighbourhoods around Kansas City with fresh food and everyday goods. We are hiring a Senior Financial Analyst to take on pricing analysis. You would join a large organisation of about 300 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Model the cost of shrink and waste and recommend where to save. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with pricing. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Kansas City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
