Senior Financial Analyst - pricing analysis (remote)

Silverline Lakeside Banking Services is a regional lender in Tucson with branches and a growing mobile service, and we need a Senior Financial Analyst to lead our pricing analysis. We promote from within and train well. What you will do • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with deposit accounts. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Tucson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
