Senior Financial Analyst - pricing analysis (remote)

Northwind Thistle Early Learning runs childcare centres in Cleveland caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers, and we need a Senior Financial Analyst to lead our pricing analysis. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Model the cost of tuition and subsidies and recommend where to save. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • Experience with licensing records. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Cleveland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
