Senior Financial Analyst - pricing analysis (remote)

Fernwood Beacon Financial serves customers across Minneapolis with accounts, loans and payments. We are hiring a Senior Financial Analyst to take on pricing analysis. Teams collaborate across risk, service and technology. What you will do • Model the cost of regulatory reports and recommend where to save. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • Experience with vendor spend. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Minneapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
