Senior Financial Analyst - pricing analysis (Phoenix, AZ)

Nova North Early Learning runs childcare centres in Phoenix caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers. We are hiring a Senior Financial Analyst to take on pricing analysis. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Model the cost of enrolment and recommend where to save. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • Experience with tuition and subsidies. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Phoenix, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
