Senior Financial Analyst - pricing analysis (Orlando, FL)

Harborlight Cross Civic Services works with county and city offices around Orlando. We are hiring a Senior Financial Analyst to take on pricing analysis. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with public records. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Orlando. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
