Senior Financial Analyst - pricing analysis (Oklahoma City, OK)

Highbridge Thistle Insurance is an insurance company in Oklahoma City with claims and service teams, and we need a Senior Financial Analyst to lead our pricing analysis. You would join a large organisation of about 451 people based in Oklahoma City. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Model the cost of underwriting files and recommend where to save. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • Experience with policy renewals. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Oklahoma City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
