Senior Financial Analyst - pricing analysis (Milwaukee, WI)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Juniper Foods and adding a Senior Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be pricing analysis. You would join a small organisation of about 28 people based in Milwaukee. What you will do • Model the cost of ingredient orders and recommend where to save. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with production batches. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Milwaukee. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
