Senior Financial Analyst - pricing analysis (Memphis, TN)

Ironwood Sable Early Learning runs childcare centres in Memphis caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers, and we need a Senior Financial Analyst to lead our pricing analysis. Low staff turnover is a goal we take seriously. What you will do • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Model the cost of licensing records and recommend where to save. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with meal programmes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Memphis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
