Senior Financial Analyst - pricing analysis (Memphis, TN)

Ironwood Cross Banking Services Group provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Memphis, and we need a Senior Financial Analyst to lead our pricing analysis. You would join a small organisation of about 116 people based in Memphis. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Model the cost of branch operations and recommend where to save. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • Experience with fraud alerts. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Memphis. • We reply to every applicant.
