Senior Financial Analyst - pricing analysis (Madison, WI)

Bright North Insurance is an insurance company in Madison with claims and service teams, and we need a Senior Financial Analyst to lead our pricing analysis. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Madison. What you will do • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Model the cost of underwriting files and recommend where to save. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • Experience with premium billing. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Madison. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
