Senior Financial Analyst - pricing analysis (Jackson, MS)

Rivermark Juniper Civic Services Partners provides shared administrative services to local governments around Jackson, and we need a Senior Financial Analyst to lead our pricing analysis. Public service means patience, paperwork and pride in the outcome. What you will do • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Model the cost of permits and recommend where to save. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with budget submissions.
