Senior Financial Analyst - pricing analysis (El Paso, TX)

Foxglove Wilder Insurance is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst. The job centres on pricing analysis for catastrophe response, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Model the cost of catastrophe response and recommend where to save. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • Experience with policy renewals. • A relevant degree or certification.
