Senior Financial Analyst - pricing analysis (Detroit, MI)

Ironwood Field Markets is a Detroit retailer with stores, a distribution centre and online ordering, and we need a Senior Financial Analyst to lead our pricing analysis. You would join a large organisation of about 245 people based in Detroit. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Model the cost of promotions and recommend where to save. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with shrink and waste. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Detroit. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
