Senior Financial Analyst - pricing analysis (Cleveland, OH)

Bluepeak Wren Foods Group makes sauces, snacks and prepared meals in Cleveland. We are hiring a Senior Financial Analyst to take on pricing analysis. Food safety is non-negotiable and we train for it. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with allergen controls. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Cleveland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
