Senior Financial Analyst - pricing analysis (Charlotte, NC)

We are growing our team at Redstone Pine Manufacturing and adding a Senior Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be pricing analysis. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Charlotte. What you will do • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Model the cost of work orders and recommend where to save. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with production lines. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Charlotte, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
