Senior Financial Analyst - pricing analysis (Charlotte, NC)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Orchard Energy and adding a Senior Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be pricing analysis. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Model the cost of service connections and recommend where to save. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with outage response. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Charlotte. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
