Senior Financial Analyst - pricing analysis (Buffalo, NY)

Amberfield Ashton Foods produces packaged foods at its Buffalo plant. We are hiring a Senior Financial Analyst to take on pricing analysis. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Model the cost of sanitation schedules and recommend where to save. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with ingredient orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Buffalo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
