Senior Financial Analyst - pricing analysis (Boston, MA)

Harborlight Thistle Early Learning Group operates neighbourhood childcare around Boston, and we need a Senior Financial Analyst to lead our pricing analysis. Children come first and so does looking after the teachers. What you will do • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Model the cost of family communication and recommend where to save. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with tuition and subsidies. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Boston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
