Senior Financial Analyst - pricing analysis (Baltimore, MD)

Silverline Ashton Civic Services works with county and city offices around Baltimore, and we need a Senior Financial Analyst to lead our pricing analysis. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Baltimore. What you will do • Model the cost of public records and recommend where to save. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with case files. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Baltimore, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
