Senior Financial Analyst - pricing analysis (Austin, TX)

Redstone North Markets serves neighbourhoods around Austin with fresh food and everyday goods, and we need a Senior Financial Analyst to lead our pricing analysis. You would join a small organisation of about 33 people based in Austin. What you will do • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with supplier deliveries. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Austin. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
