Senior Financial Analyst - pricing analysis (Austin, TX)

Harborlight River Water Authority is a public water utility serving the Austin area. We are hiring a Senior Financial Analyst to take on pricing analysis. Our work is invisible when it goes well, and we are proud of that. What you will do • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with pipe repairs.
