Senior Financial Analyst - cost modelling (Tucson, AZ)

Ironwood Summit Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the Tucson area. We are hiring a Senior Financial Analyst to take on cost modelling. Collaboration between teachers and staff is strong. What you will do • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Model the cost of family communication and recommend where to save. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • Experience with attendance records. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Tucson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
